Marketing Director | Second Cousins Coordinator
Lauren Malmstrom is the Marketing Director for Real Estate Cousins, bringing a unique blend of real estate expertise, creative strategy, and community-centered storytelling to the brokerage. She began her real estate career in Dayton, Ohio, in January 2020 before relocating to Michigan in 2022, where she joined the Real Estate Cousins team under a popular brokerage. Soon after, Lauren expanded her skill set by serving in the marketing department at a local school—an experience that strengthened her abilities in digital communications, branding, and relational marketing.
In 2025, she reunited with broker/owner Andrea Shearer soon after the Real Estate Cousins opened its own independent brokerage, stepping into the role of Marketing Director.
Today, Lauren uses her combined background in real estate and marketing to elevate the Re Cuz brand, support agent success, and foster authentic relationships within the community. Her work reflects the heart of the brokerage’s mission: to serve with excellence, operate with integrity, and create a culture where clients, agents, and partners feel like family. She is grateful to be doing work she loves, alongside an incredible team, for the good of the communities they serve.
